Precision. Quality. Reliability.
At our manufacturing facility, every cable is produced through a carefully controlled, end-to-end process that ensures superior performance, long service life, and complete customer satisfaction. We specialize in manufacturing CAT6, CAT6 A network cables, CCTV 3+1 cables, and power cables, using advanced machinery, premium raw materials, and strict quality control at every stage.
Raw Material Selection & Inspection
Our manufacturing process begins with the selection of high-grade raw materials. For CAT6, CAT6 A and CCTV cables, we use high-purity electrolytic copper to ensure excellent conductivity and signal integrity. Power cables are produced using high-conductivity copper or aluminium, depending on application requirements. Insulation and jacket materials such as PVC and HDPE are carefully chosen for durability, safety, and performance. All incoming materials are thoroughly inspected to meet our internal quality standards before production.
Wire Drawing & Annealing
Copper rods are processed through precision wire drawing machines to achieve accurate conductor diameters. This is followed by an annealing process, where controlled heat treatment enhances the flexibility, strength, and longevity of the conductor. This step ensures easy installation, reduced risk of breakage, and consistent electrical performance over time.
Insulation Extrusion
High-precision extrusion lines are used to apply insulation uniformly over the conductors. CAT6, CAT6 A cables are insulated with HDPE for superior dielectric performance and high-speed data transmission. CCTV 3+1 cables receive optimized insulation for both video and power cores, while power cables are insulated with heavy-duty PVC for protection against heat, moisture, and electrical stress. Continuous monitoring ensures precise insulation thickness and concentricity.
Pair Twisting & Cabling
For CAT6, CAT6 A cables, insulated conductors are twisted into pairs with carefully controlled twist lengths to minimize crosstalk and signal interference. This process is critical for achieving high network performance. In CCTV 3+1 cables, the coaxial video core and power cores are precisely laid for stable signal and power delivery. Power cables are assembled by cabling multiple insulated cores according to standard specifications, ensuring mechanical strength and electrical stability
Shielding & Protection
To enhance performance and reliability, shielding is applied where required. CAT6, CAT6 A cables may include aluminium foil or braided shielding to protect against electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. CCTV cables use high-coverage braiding to ensure clear, noise-free video signals. For industrial and heavy-duty applications, power cables can be armored with steel wire or steel tape to provide additional mechanical protection.
Outer Jacket Extrusion
A final outer sheath is applied to the cable using premium-quality PVC or LSZH compounds. This jacket provides resistance to abrasion, moisture, fire, and environmental stress. Strict control over jacket thickness, surface finish, and color consistency ensures a clean, professional appearance and long-term durability.
Printing, Meter Marking & Identification
Every cable is marked with precise information, including brand name, cable type, technical specifications, and sequential meter marking. This ensures easy identification, traceability, and meaningful length measurement during installation. High-contrast printing ensures readability even in low-light conditions, helping installers verify cable details quickly.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Before dispatch, every cable undergoes comprehensive electrical and performance testing. CAT6, CAT6 A cables are tested for continuity, attenuation, and network performance, with Fluke testing available. CCTV 3+1 cables are tested for video clarity, power transmission, and shielding effectiveness. Power cables are tested for insulation resistance, high-voltage endurance, and load performance. Only cables that meet our strict quality benchmarks are approved for dispatch.
Packing & Dispatch
Finished cables are neatly coiled or drum-wound using automated systems and packed in moisture-resistant, damage-proof packaging. Each package is clearly labeled to ensure safe handling and efficient logistics, enabling reliable delivery to customers across India
